Vacation Studentships - Land and Water Management Issues

CRC for Catchment Hydrology Studentships to participate in land and water management research projects are being offered for the 2001-2002 summer vacation.

Third or fourth year students from a variety of disciplines are eligible to apply. The Studentships provide $400/week for eight to ten weeks during December 2001 to February 2002. (Please note positions are open to Australian citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia only). Written applications need to be made by Friday 26 October 2001. Third or fourth year students from a variety of disciplines are eligible to apply for the studentships which will provide experience in research and/or communication and adoption of research outcomes at either Griffith University (Qld), Monash University (Vic), The University of Melbourne, or CSIRO Land and Water (Canberra) in the program areas: á Predicting catchment behaviour, á Land-use impacts on rivers, á Sustainable water allocation á Urban stormwater quality, á Climate variability, á River restoration
